Great radio and easy to use! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I bought one of these almost immediately after they were released, after seeing an advertisement for it. It was extremely easy to use, had good sensitivity for what it was, and had decent audio. This was a battery eater when run off of AAs, but most of my use was with the supplied AC adapter.

I had this radio for several years, and used it to listen to many SW Broadcast stations, as well several of the "numbers" stations that were around at the time.

Later on my mother expressed an interest in being able to listen to SW broadcasts from Germany and elsewhere, so I gave the radio to her after some instruction on how to use it. She used it for many years afterwards, and seems to enjoy how easy it was to use.

1 st class radio Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I am realy happy with this sony. compared with what I already have like the lowe hf-150,and the {my opinion} winner on am ;philips d2393,sony 7600g and te 7600gr. It is a real good am broadcast radio with magnificant sound and what the ssb concerning is like the philips {that's why no five stars} but on a not to crowded moment it is a joy to listen. To be short; if you find one cheap, get it. And very important to, it is a beauty.

An older receiver, but a good one! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Bought this used on EBAY about a year ago and having lots of fun with it! Sensitive on receive and the antenna tune works very good! Mine is well used but all features work well.... Just a few steps below the great 2010, still it works!
