Great guy and great installation Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I know Ray, W2RE, for many years and he is a wonderful guy and a great Ham radio operator. His own station has an impressive antenna farm that he set up and his contest scores attest to his quality antenna/tower installations.
For a variety of reasons,I have never had an HF Beam antenna for my station.Being a Ham for several decades,I took the plunge and had Ray,W2RE, install my modest tower and Force12 C3S antenna.
My DX and Contesting enjoyment kicked up several notches. My antenna has been up for several years now with no problems and appreciate that if I needed help,it is just an e-mail away.

safe and reliable Time Owned: N.A.
Ray is a friend, a dedicated contester and first rate on a tower of any size. I have 100' of Rohn 45 w/ stacked TH7s and he has helped me with the installation over the years. I would recommend him highly, Pete W2LL

Ray W2RE Is a prifessional Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Ray W2RE had come to my aid for rotor work. Being im disabled I cant do tower work nor do I have the tools. I summoned Ray and he had come over and replaced my Yaesu Rotor. His work was very quick neat and professional. He knew exactly what to do. At his house his antenna farm is mind blowing ESPCIALLY him doing all of his own work. This man has a nack and tallent seeing all of his 100 ft and 100 ft ++ tall towers, Then looking at the neatness and how miticlious he was doing all of his towers. Ray not only does this work it is his passion so I HIGHLY RECOMEND RAY W2RE for any kind of tower installation , Also Ray is not afrade of heights so skys the limit on how ever high you want a tower built Ray is the only man for the job!!!!!!!

GETS THE JOB DONE!! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Not too long ago I set up my 6 and 2 meter beams with rotator on a heavy duty steel mast. It was to be mounted up on the roof against a tall chimney. I could never navigate this entire assembly myself up on to the roof and attach it to the chimney. I called Ray from Hudson Valley Towers and a couple of locals to assist in the raising of the assembly up in place. With Ray's experience in errecting towers and antennas of all kinds I asked him to take over and manage the placement of the antenna up on the roof. Ray went up on the roof with only one other ham whose only job was to set the clamps once Ray lifted the assembly in place. With 3 other hams on the ground struggling to hand off the assembly to Ray on the roof, Ray single handedly lifted the assembly up and onto the roof and in place on the clamps where the other ham simply set the clamps as Ray steadied the whole assembly. Not believing one could handle the awkward 2 antenna assembly with the heavy steel mast and rotator, Ray indicated "no problem" and performed what could only be termed as a "feat of strength". In fact the ham up on the roof with Ray could not believe how Ray managed to lift and manuever this heavy assembly into place with such ease. He remarked he had never seen such a display of upper body strength! Ray made what seemed to be a difficult task a simple exercise in antenna placement and mounting. Thanks to Ray managing this job and literally doing it single handedly up on the roof made what I thought would be a difficult task "easy work". I've seen what Ray has done at his QTH with all his antennas and towers and other installations of local hams' antennas and towers. He is the guy you want to do your antenna/tower job!! Call Hudson Valley Towers and let Ray and his crew do the job!!
