Not sure yet Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I have also bouth the kenwood style version of this cable but i can't get it to work on a TH-d7ge v2.0, neither does it work on 2 different sets of TM-D710GE.
I have send an email to Scott with all our (I have tested the setup with a friend of mine) testresults together with pictures and several discriptions of the results.
As of yet the comms with Scott is very slow, have to sent several mails to get a reply.
So as of yet we are not satisfied, we want to use this cable and several setups with our ARES service in the Netherlands (PA)

Update 08-11-2021 : Last contact with Scott was on 19-10-2021, I am not a happy Ham at this moment. Total cost of the cable incl shipping and customs was 64,25 USD wich has put a hole in my hobby wallet..... :-(

Update : Cable has been returned to Scott by mail. Funds have been returned. Still not a happy ham, have now garmin nav systems spare.....

Excellent! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Does exactly what it states, I had one of the earlier cables (8 years?) and the usb plug became loose, a couple of emails later and I send it in for repair, a week goes by and a brand new cable shows up! For a company to stand behind a product after 8 years and still replace it is unheard of today.

Great Product Good People Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I ordered the cable for the TM-D710 Kenwood and my Garmin 350. The first cable had a problem and after many hours of Scott Miller trying to help me, he decided to send a new one. Not only did he send it in 24 hours, he included the return postage to get the old one back to see what happened. Scott is number one in customer service a rare item these days.

Anyone who is not good at making custom cables should buy the GTRANS cable from Argent.

Does just what it says! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I use this adaptor cable to connect a Garmin Nuvi 350 to a Kenwood TM-D710 or a TH-D7, and it works beautifully.
It means that with one GPS receiver I can send and receive APRS data, showing people where I am and plotting received stations on the Garmin screen, and it will also navigate me where I'm going, including to a place (say a Radio Rally) that sends its position via APRS.
Highly recommended if you want to do the same!

Works as Advertized Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This allows APRS enthusiasts to use common off the shelf Garmin products which do not support NMEA.

I connected my Kenwood D710 to a Garmin nuvi 360...it works well.
