Great tool! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have purchased this antenna analyzer after a thorough search on the net for a suitable tool that can be used for measurements on a magnetic loop antenna. Quite some antenna analyzers are not useful because of the high Q that 'pulls' the oscillator off frequency.
This one is amazing stable and accurate (200 Hz frequency resolution)! It is using a DDS signal source. In fact, it is a scalar network analyzer with remarkable accuracy.
You can even use it as a signal generator with an accurate output level and a flat frequency response (+/- 1 dB!).
In addition, field strength measurements are possible too!
The manufacturer has detailed information on his website with clearly defined specifications.
It is an ideal tool to take with you on a field day or a vacation trip!

P.S: It has been replaced by the WE-030E which has more measurement features. The price, however, is not that much higher.

Brilliant device Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Having it for abt half a year now. Bought it on e-bay for USD 320 including delivery.
The reason to buy it was my mfj-259a. It was good device but may be I was unlucky with my sample - first, bearrings of capacitor fallen apart and balls were travelling all through the box, then when they repaired it on guarantee, I suppose plates of this capacitor touched each other and when hanging on the mast you see on your SWR meter strange figures which are changing every time you shift your device... it was really enough... After another repair I sold it and bought WEA-030A.
No moving parts and turning knobs, hard to break light plastic, simple but informative graphic display. This kind of quality you can see in the army. Yes, it measures only SWR, return loss and RF level. Besides it easily you can see bandwidth of antenna. But honestly saying how many HAMs need more? Most of them including me, need fast, reliable and accurate device to get antenna resonance a.s.a.p.
For last half a year tuned with it myself Butternut vertical, few dipoles on a field day and 4 els yagi for 14 Mc.
There is plenty of other devices on the market, but this one is something that you will never regret of purchase of.
