Great for real time spotting and DXing Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have subscribed for Hamcall.net for over 15 years. I don't buy the CD version, but use the online version. As a DXer, it is a great spotting service.
Over the years, Daniel Bateman has made changes that have really helped. Due to aging eyes and vision, he immediately increased the font size after I asked. This week, Daniel has added a separate category for FT4/FT8, to try and filter those stations from the CW listings. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Lots of Info Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
This is one great program. You get 6 months of up dates with your purchase of the CD. Another company did not offer that but now offers online only no CD. For us dial up folks having a CD saves time and the wife and kids always want to use the phone when you need info. The info contained within the CD is great when filling in the blanks of your logging program. This one puts in the county, grid, 10-10 # ect which saves a lot of work. I use AC Log and it does work with other logging programs. The support is even better than one could expect. A recent problem with downloading proved that good support is valuable and the end results was, they shipped a new disk. A feature I like is the world map with your QTH marked with a red dot and the station you want to work with a red dot and a line showing the beam heading for short path or long. Zoom in on the map and it shows the prefix of each entity. The only complaint I have is if you load the CD on your computer I would like the choice of not loading the pictures which takes up space. Would I recommend this to a friend YES would I buy this program again YES. worth the money.
