Excellent rotator control software Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Just installed PSTRotator AZ with YRC-3 and Yaesu Rotator G2800SDX, and I am working with LOG4OM and JTDX software. It is working fine and now I could control the Rotator with the LOG4OM Rotator SP and LP information. Now it could operate both in manual mode and tracking mode with the help of YO3DMU.

BTW, Codrut – YO3DMU is very helpful and the cost of software is very very valuable. I would 100% to refer anyone to try this excellent rotator control software

Great software Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I have been using PstRotator for about 6 months with my EA4TX controller and G5500 rotator for 144 EME. In summary: great software, plug and play with Windows10 and EA4TX, great features and easy/intuitively to use. I highly recommend it !

I updated a CDE Azimuth only rotator controller last year with a Rotor-EZ kit and was pleased to find that PstRotator supports it. It works very well and supports what seems to be every rotator controller and ham app under the sun! The developer is actively updating it, sometimes I get updates on a weekly basis.

This might be the best value in ham radio software. If you have a rotator, you should be looking into this software.

Great software.Great customer servce Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have used this software for over a year and found it absolutely the best of its type. To add, the author is so responsive, usually responding to any questions in a day or so. You can make your own azimuth map if you want. I use it remote alot with I am working from the deck.

Wow finally rotor software that just WORKS!!! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
So we tried 3-4 other rotor programs when i googled and
found pst rotor program which
worked flawless wow what a great rotor control program
in 5 mins we had total accurate fast real time control technology we use with our remote desktop to run our station all remotely now so happy...!!!

Great piece of software Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I came across this software on a search. I use my G-400 controller with an ERC-4 interface board fitted in the controller.
The support is really good, Codrut, the software developer always replies if there are ant queries, or suggestions.

Superb software with great functionality Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I recently jumped away from HRD and started using Log4OM. I already had an ERC (another superb company) controller board in my Yaesu rotator and found PSTRotator. Wow!! Software that is a superb solution for a myriad of circumstances. Multiple functions that make it a brilliant tool. Combine it with a logging program and it is a perfect match for ease of use. One click of a callsign, a spot, a map or a DXCC and the rotator is on its way. Has many other functions including satellite tracking, moon tracking, excellent mapping, azimuth and elevation control etc etc. We must congratulate and thank the team who write it. Brilliant.

PST rotator the best BANG for your BUCK Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using this product for more than 10 years on a HF beam and another Satellite beam. I read earlier comments that only gave this product 3 stars which I feel is totally-inadequate and doesnt represent the much greater ham radio community and its appreciation of this great program. I t continues to evolve, and I have never paid another penny for its wonderful upgrades. I am an old timer this is one of the best Ham Radio software programs in the world. I want to make sure credit is given where credit is due. K4XV licensed continuously since 1967 There is nothing in the market place that comes even close to its power and flexibility! Aloha es 73

Don't use cheap rotators with it Time Owned: more than 12 months.
If you plan to use the inexpensive ChannelMaster or Hygain AR500 to control your VHF/UFH or 6m beam - be careful with your expectations. PstRotator supports it, but only partially. You will need USB-UIRT module in order to make PstRotator work with it. You will be able to control your antenna in Manual mode, and even configure some Satellite Tracking programs. But the USB-UIRT controller will miss updates from PstRotatorfrom time to time - you'll have to click "Go" button in PstRotator to force the positioning. The Hamlibs rotctl mode in PstRotator is simply not working with USB-UIRT in the current version (v16.39) - commands are not passed to USB-UIRT from PstRotator.
The main reason probably the overall clunkiness of USB-UIRT interface and ChannelMaster controller itself. After USB-UIRT support was firstly introduced 10 years ago the PStRotator came a long way and added a lots of features, so some regression happened indeed.
I think all this current limitations of USB-UIRT should be mentioned in User Manual, along with some instructions how to set up PstRotator with it properly and what to expect. Another good option - completely exclude the support and all mentioning of USB-UIRT from PstRotator program and manuals, so the impression of the overall great product would not be spoiled.

Great App and Fabulous Support ! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've been using this software with my Yaesu G-800DXA since March 2018. It is great and I never want to operate without it. Even better is Cobrut's support. I had to reinstall Windows and could not find my written record of user/serial/key for pstrotator. Cobrut gave me the info in less than a couple hours. Then,,, I messed up doing my reinstall of pstrotator and again,,, Cobrut walked me thru my mistakes and got me up and running in no time. You will thoroughly enjoy using this software. 73, N9AJ, Rick.
