Description:
JL is a contest logger written entirely in Java. The current version is 1.06. It runs on just about any modern operating system on which JDK 1.4 (or better) has been installed. That includes almost any version of Windows, plus Linux, Solaris, and MacOS X. It supports ALL of the major contests, writes logs in Cabrillo format, includes a voice keyer and CW keyer, and rig control (for the Icom transceivers). I am PARTICULARLY proud that JL supports WAE.

Most, but not all, of the contests that JL supports are:

ARRL DX contest (US/VE only)
CQ Worldwide DX, WPX, and 160-meter contests
ARRL Sweepstakes, ARRL 160-meter contest (US only), and ARRL 10-meter contest
The ARRL VHF contests, including rovers.
IARU HF contest
Stew Perry Topband Distance Challenge
North American QSO Party (NAQP) and NA Sprint
New England QSO Party (both resident and non-resident), and the Mid Atlantic QSO Party (non-resident)
Several state QSOPs (non-resident only), including California (EXCELLENT support, if I do say so myself!), Texas and Indiana. I just added in-state support for the Texas QSO Party.
Worked All Europe, Worked All Germany (non-Europe, non-Germany)
IOTA contest, SAC, LZ-DX, Russian DX, OK-OL, JIDX, Oceania, and All Asia
Product is in production

Only Linux Contest Logger I Know Of... Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I don't contest, so I can't say too much about the javalogger, but it was real easy to set up, includes a voice/cw keyer, and seems to be set up real well. I have it for any time I might change my mind and jump in :)
