Padded carrying case for the Elecraft K2 and accessories			Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Rose Kopp, N7HKW, is somewhat famous for her K3 carrying cases, but she also makes cases for the K2 as well. Mine is somewhat customized with an inside pocket, two outside pockets on the sides for the Li-Ion battery, AF amp, cables, headphones, and coax adapters. There is also a larger pocket on the back for manual, log, etc. Outside pockets all have velcro closures. She made mine tall enough with a padded separator so I can carry the Bencher paddle and W1 wattmeter on top of the radio. A short handle strap and a longer shoulder strap was included. You can have your call or name embroidered on the case. It is made with heavy canvas material that is available in a number of colors, I chose black with black trim [I don't have any color vision, but my wife says that's what she would have chosen too]. The workmanship is great, and my entire field radio kit is now in one easily carried case and the contents are protected. Her standard non-customized K2 cases are somewhat less than mine. I'm a very happy camper with my case, it came out exactly as I wanted!
