Great Item, Perfect Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Emailed Phil that I needed a cable for my Signalink for my Icom by the next weekend if possible. Phil had it made and in the mail the next day...2nd day it was in the mailbox and operating the icom/signalink that night.

Working too many hours these days he beat me to building one and at low cost...cheaper than other places and price included shipping. Phil great to deal with and a good Ham...if you need a cable give Phil a try you will not be sorry. Thanks Phil..all 100% as you said and works great.

Outstanding for Yaesu! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Called Phill a couple months ago and asked about a control cable to operate my Yaesu FT857D with Ham Radio Deluxe. He said he had the cables made and the driver was in beta testing. Fast forward...I paid $38 for my cable, I didn't have to buy a USB/Serial port adapter, and it came with a copy of HRD 5 so I have a backup. Phil did exactly what he said he would do, and I could not be happier. If I change radios, or buy another HF rig, he will be the first one I call. I had no trouble with the install, or with HRD finding my radio. Great job, Phil. Glad I saw that ad on QTH!

GREAT to work with Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Phil W4AIN has work with me on solving the inevitable problems of CI-V cables using USB with Windows 7. Microsoft seems to have been unhappy with everyone as they once again changed driver requirements. After a number of alternatives Phil simply made his own design of a CI-V cable to work with a USB to Serial adapter (also from Phil) in order to interface my IC-702 MKIIG and my computer.

Most suppliers would have told me it was my problem that I chose Windows 7. Phil on the other hand works diligently to provide a solution.

Would buy more! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Phil Parrish, W4AIN, makes various interface cables. I wanted one for my Ten-Tec Pegasus to a Signalink(TM) USB. Phil whipped up a shielded cable from the 5-PIN DIN to RJ45, and added a shielded pig-tail with RCA to connect to the Winkeyer. He did this the evening I ordered it, and sent it out the next day. The workmanship and materials are top-notch, the price was very reasonable and I appreciate that Phil had no trouble modifying his standard cable to include the pig-tail. I couldn't have made the cable myself (time included) for what I paid, and I certainly would not have done it as well.
