Went beyond "normal" service - highly recommended Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Took my Ameritron AL-811H amplifier there for service after it went pop. The technician and Jay went way beyond what I expected to get the problem solved. The amp is now working as it was designed to work.

Billy even volunteered to help me pick up the amp after repairs were effected on Saturday morning. This after he had been up all night working in the CQWW contest!

Highly recommend them and will take my business there again when needed.

My 6 month old ACOM 2000A starting having T/R relay switching problems. I contact the dealer where I purchased it and was given their warranty repair service contact information. I attempted to make contact with the repair service but after several day decided to contact Jay at Array Solutions as they do repair the ACOM line. Jay returned my email the same day and after describing my problem he indicated what he thought it was. I decided to skip the warranty repair company and sent my amp to Jay. Two days after they received my amp I received a call from Billy McDonald the repair technician who had found the problem to be the T/R relay board. After replacing the relay board I again received a call from Billy who had been running and testing the amp for the last day and it was operating great. Billy took the time to advise exactly what he had done and that he felt confided that it was the problem. The amp was shipped back for a total turn around time of just over a week.
I have dealt with Jay over the years and have been impressed with his knowledge and honesty in customer service. I will not hesitate to send my ACOM back to Array if ever it needs service, in or out of warranty coverage. Oh buy the way the warranty service company finally contacted me two weeks later advising that they had a minimum of two weeks on service turn around.

Best Acom service and support in USA (opinion, of Course) Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I own an Acom 1000 purchased from Array Solutions. Previously I had an Acom 1010.
The amount of time and energy expended to help me with these amplifiers has been met with extreme help and support. I just can't say enough good things about them. Jay and Bob will do anything to help. Their knowledge of the Acom line is probably unparalleled. I am sorry to see they are no longer a sales agent for Acom. That was a mistake by the powers that be.
I am no way affiliated with either Bob, Jay, or Array Solutions other than as a very satisfied customer.
Anyone owning an Acom amplifier that needs service or support, they are the one's to go to.
Just my opinion, but it is backed up by what I have seen.

Excellent...fast, reliable service. Time Owned: more than 12 months.
After about 4-1/2 years, The Chinese 4CX1000A in my Acom 1500 apparently shorted, causing a plate current fault that wouldn't reset. I was able to acquire a factory sealed NOS Eimac 8168, and installed it in the amp. Unfortunately, the amp still faulted without being able to reset. I called Jay at Array Solutions, an authorized Acom service center, and decided to send it in.

Within about four days after they received it, I got a call from their tech, Billy, who advised me that the shorted tube took out a few resistors and capacitors on the HV board. After he replaced the parts and thoroughly tested out the amp's performance on the air, I received the amp back in great shape about two weeks after I sent it in, and everything now works OK. I called Billy with a few questions,and he spent time with me on the phone answering them. Hopefully, the Eimac will last much longer than the Chinese tube did.

With shipping and labor costs, the repair wasn't cheap, but I believe it was done right. Array Solutions used to sell Acom amps, and they technically know them inside and out. I recommend them for Acom repairs.

Power Master 1 Firmware Time Owned: N.A.
My grandson KK4ODQ has always spoken highly to me about Array Solutions Power Master 2 product performance and customer support. I recently inherited from my 93 year old friend and ham W6SSS two Power Master 1 VSWR meters (S/N # 27 and 72) and two Directional Couplers. Both meters needed Firmware upgrade from version PM-01001 to PM-01003e. S/N 27 upgraded properly (after failing and locking the meter display 4 or 5 times)via the Array Solutions website. I was warned by Jay to be certain to use ONLY the Power Master 1 firmware section and files, NOT Power Master 2.
Next, S/N 72 failed to upgrade 20+ times online, prompting me to call Jay's and Jim's support line by landline phone. Jim tried to help me accomplish the firmware upgrade online, then asked me to ship the meter to Array Solutions where Jim completed the upgrade and shipped the meter back to me at no charge in one week, which was very impressive product support indeed. Excellent product and excellent support rated at 5-Great!

Alpha 99 Time Owned: more than 12 months.
this an update of my Alpha 99 amplifier after the first review Array Solution got in touch with me and offered to send me some tubes free of cost plus free shipping it looks like one of the tubes was shorting out on the warm up cycle causing the amp to shut off the tubes got here in 3 days I put them on and the amp is now working,great job of Customers Care Array solution.

Fantastic Service Time Owned: more than 12 months.
My 4 year old ACOM 2000A lost its vacuum relay and I took it to Array Solutions (where I bought it) for repair. This is a 3 hour drive for me because I live in Houston but I didn't want to trust FEDEX or UPS. I was expecting a 2-3 week turnaround since they had received quite a few amps to repair before mine but I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call from the technician, Billy, AK5DX (I believe) on the Monday evening after dropping off the amp the previous Friday. He carefully explained that he had already replaced the vacuum relay and found several voltages that were out of tolerance that he tweaked as well. I told him I would not be able to drive back to Dallas until Friday so he decided to keep it on his bench to make sure everything was fixed. When I arrived on Friday, the OM himself, Jay, WX0B, met me and took me into their store lab where he was checking out the amp personally before I arrived. I now have put the amp back in service at my station near Houston and am so pleased with Array Solutions that I plan to take my other 2000A to them for a check up even though it is running perfectly. I trust Array Solutions amp repair service completely.

MY OLD 2000A IS A WORK HORSE. THIS FAILURE WAS IN THE REMOTE CONTROL. FAST AND ACCURATE FIX OF PROCESSOR SOCKET . IT RUNS LIKE BRAND NEW. FAST REPAIR AND RETURN.

I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF UNSELECTED SHUT DOWNS. INDICATION OF EXCESSIVE TUBE TEMP ETC. IT FINALLY BECAME A HARD FAILURE.

Acom 1000 repair Time Owned: more than 12 months.
When my 1000 failed to start a quick call to Array Solutions resulted in my sending it in for repair. Was diagnosed as main cpu board failure and related to me by fone call. Repair was completed and unit returned promptly. Excellent service, communication and results. Would not hesitate to use Jay's fine company again for any repairs needed. Absolutely first rate!
