An amazing experience! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I knew that my call, W2GZ, was old. Pete was able to research my call back to 1913! He was able to trace my call through the 5 previous holders. The report Pete sent gave detailed and interesting information on the previous call holders. Great communication from beginning to end! Pete also had 3 antique QSL cards (2 from 1930 and 1 from 1947) for my call sign that he sold me for a very fair price. What a feeling to hold these old cards in my hands! I’m now trying to figure the best way to display the report Pete sent, along with the old QSL cards. Bottom line: Highly recommend! Great experience with a great ham!

Great source for callsign information Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I had a question for Pete which he answered in just a couple of days. Same great service as my last inquiry 9 years ago--thanks, Pete!

Pete responded to my "help" request almost immediately and made it possible for me to give information to a friend about his novice license issued some 55 years ago. If you have questions about a callsign, don't hesitate to email Pete!

Excellent service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Pete was able to find me in a 1966 call book, which was the first year I was licensed. I could not remember the exact year, he found it, and mentioned that if I had not obtained my novice and tech simultaneously (I did) he could have provided more information. FIVE STARS!

Outstanding Service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
For decades I have not been able to remember when exactly I was first licensed. I knew it was 1960 or 1961.

I dropped a note to Pete and he was able to quickly solve my mystery. He was very quick and courteous. I would highly recommend his service!

Remarkable service! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
As I grow older and my memory dims, I couldn’t remember the year I was first licensed. Was it ‘52 or ‘53?
An email to PeteTheGreek confirmed it was neither. It was 1955. This nagging question was answered promptly and decisively. This is a great asset and the price is quite reasonable.

Callsign found! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
To me it was a long-shot. Searching for a cousin I hadn’t seen since very early childhood. After several years of searching, I found a small obituary that mentioned the town that he had moved to and that he was a ham radio operator.

eHam made mention of a Peter Varounis, “PeteTheGreek” NL7XM, as a callsign historian! An email to NL7XM was made. Peter’s response came back the very same day. Fast, accurate and spot on! I highly recommend him.

Discovered My Past... Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Too easy! Too friendly!

Pete found my original callsign information overnight. How great is that?

Guess I'm overqualified for QCWA membership. Better than some of the alternatives, though.

Traced my original call back to the previous holder! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This was great info for me. Long ago, I lost my original license copy (WN4IUY) and couldn't remember when exactly I was first licensed. I know it was in the mid-70's, but that was a close as my memory could take it. Not only did NL7XM find my original call issuance, he found the previous holder! Thanks for the help!! Dave WB4IUY

1968 Callbook Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Contacted Pete (NL7XM) a few weeks ago about looking up my original novice call in the 1968 call-book.
He happened to have a mint condition 1968 book that he sent me for a fair price.
Fast shipping and decent price.
Highly recommended!!
